Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Request Refunds

If you cancel a service request before consultation begins, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@itcrip.com.

2. Post-Consultation Refunds

Once consultation has commenced, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. We maintain the right to charge for work already completed. Contact support@itcrip.com to discuss your situation.

3. Annual Plan Cancellations

Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 14 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are available.

4. Service Delivery Issues

If you believe services delivered do not meet agreed-upon scope, notify us within 30 days. We will review and determine appropriate remedies, including additional work or partial refund.

5. Payment Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please allow 1-2 business days for response.

7. No Auto-Renew Policy

Annual plans do NOT automatically renew. You must manually request renewal each year. There will be no surprise charges or automatic billing.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding charges or refunds, please contact us at disputes@itcrip.com within 30 days of the transaction.
