Exclusions:
• Hardware repairs requiring manufacturer service
• Software not properly licensed by client
• Services violating applicable laws

3. User Responsibilities
You must:
• Provide necessary system access credentials
• Maintain valid software licenses
• Backup data before service begins
• Disclose any system vulnerabilities

4. Pricing & Payments
• Monthly plans billed in advance
• One-time services require 50% deposit
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified

5. Cancellation Policy
• Monthly plans: 30-day written notice required
• Project work: 50% cancellation fee if work has begun
• Emergency cancellations: Full service charge applies

6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for:
• Pre-existing system conditions
• Data loss (clients must maintain backups)
• Issues caused by unauthorized modifications
• Maximum liability = one month's service fee

7. Service Guarantees
• 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new setups
• Response times per service level agreement
• Does not cover client-caused issues

8. Intellectual Property

• Client retains all rights to their data
• No commercial use of our methodologies

9. Data Protection
• We access systems only as needed for service
• All credentials encrypted and secured

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Wyoming state laws.

11. Changes to Terms
Updates posted 30 days before taking effect. Continued use = acceptance.
