Refund Policy

At ITCRIP LLC, we stand behind our IT services and support. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a refund if:
✅ Service Not Completed – We couldn't resolve your IT issue (with documentation)
✅ Cancelled Within 48 Hours – Before technician dispatch
✅ Recurring Service Failure – Unresolved issue after 3 attempts
✅ Duplicate Billing – Accidental overcharges

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
❌ Same-day cancellations (<24 hours notice)
❌ Issues caused by unauthorized system changes
❌ Hardware failures requiring manufacturer service
❌ ISP/network outages beyond our control

2. Refund Process
Step 1: Email contact@itcrisp.site within 10 days including:

• Original invoice #
• Description of unresolved issue
• Screenshots/error messages

Step 2: We'll respond within 2 business days to:

• Schedule additional troubleshooting OR
• Process refund via original payment method

Processing Time: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)

3. Partial Refunds & Service Credits
We may issue:
🔹 50% refund for late cancellations (24-48 hour notice)
🔹 Service credit (120% of original payment) for future services
🔹 Prorated refunds for monthly service cancellations

4. Service Guarantee
All services include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for:

• Workmanship errors
• Configuration issues
• Follow-up support

Excludes:
• Customer-induced system changes
• Third-party software/hardware issues
• Network/internet outages
